The Culture Cartel Tattoo Con returns, bringing together some of the biggest names in tattoo culture under one roof as part of Culture Cartel’s biggest edition yet .

In partnership with Wicked Wallop , the convention takes over Marina Bay Sands and Bayfront Event Space from 15–17 January 2027 , celebrating the best of tattooing, art, fashion, music, sneakers, streetwear, and kustom culture.
